Looking for simple ASIC (3906 transistor, 150 ohm resistor)

SuperSimple ASIC

I need a surface mount ASIC chip that is simply a 3906 transistor and a 150 ohm resistor thermally coupled together. I don't even know where to start. Any suggestions?
