hello there,

my question is...
in microwave band typically 1.3 ghz ...imean in the design can i use normal resistors and capacitors and inductors in the design at this high frequency ?

because ive found a wireless transimitter in this band and i found resistorsand capacitros in the schematic but not sure what to order ??? any suggestions?

thank you vmuch

At this frequency surface mount ones will work. Double check the data sheets for parameters such as self resonant frequency.

If this is a through hole design the construction and part selection is very tricky and beginners will invariably not be able to make the project work.

thank you flatulent ...
and yes its a surface mount ...
