What does the TCL command

if {[sizeof_collection[get_clock -quite base_clk]]>1}
{.....}

mean????

This is used to provide the base clock for calculating power numbers

What is meant by power numbers?? Can you explain to me what is actually meant by the command sizeof_collection and -quite??
