Need Help in Scrambler

I tried to make a simulation, but I had a trouble. I wanted to make my scrambler block by myself, I mean I didn't use scrambler block in simulink. And the outputs of both version were different. Anyone can help to give idea why did it happen?
 

You should post your model at first
 

Hoho, I'm sorry... just a little mistake in initial condition. Human error. It has been solved
