hi every body,

is it possible for GPS receiver to Work in a forest, inside house/ building.

If not the what will be process to get it.

thank you.
 

May be you can use GPRS/GSM service to locate the device if you have mobile network coverage in that forest/house/building
 

Buildings and dense over growth can easily obstruct the signal from the satellites.

However, there are devices with retransmit the satellite signals to obstructed positions like a building, they are referred to as GPS Repeaters or Reradiators.
