Which is very compatible for Interfacing with GSM module

I am doing Final year project on Gas sensor, actually sensor output is based on voltage, our project for wireless transmission of data from sensor using GSM module. Can anyone help me how to proceed further, we hav bought a sensor and designed a power circuit for the sensor, now we need to transmit the sensor output thru wireless mode using GSM module. so which controller interfacing is easy and compatible for interfacing with GSM module. can anyone help me??
 

You can go with almost any controller (say somewhere around 4KB of Flash programmable memory and 128 bytes of RAM). Use a controller, you are familiar with, and you know how to program. It's easy interfacing to a GSM module using AT commands and their information response and Result codes. There's plenty on AT commands on google.
