Conversion of RX level

Hello,

I want to convert the following string.

i am using SIM300 modem and i am using following command....AT+CENG=2

+CENG:0,"0101,22,255,404,21,39,28bf,250,00,00,255"
+CENG:1,"0061,24,16,249"
+CENG:2,"0054,14,49,249"
+CENG:3,"0058,11,60,249"
+CENG:4,"65535,255,00,0"
+CENG:5,"65535,255,00,0"
+CENG:6,"65535,255,00,0"

in the above string i want to convert the rx level that is 22 in dbm i am little confuse about the number 22 whether it is hex or in what form.
