ncsu-cdk tsmc 0.18u

Hi,

Has anyone installed the NCSU CDK pack.
I would like to know how should one install this one.
Can anyone give me TSMC 0.18u tech files.

Thanks,

The TSMC 0.18um tech files are included in NSCU's latest CDK pack, and the new release does support Lgatemin = 0.18um instead of 0.20 um.

However, the drc, lvs, and ext rules are too generic for TSMC 0.18um. You may want to modify 'em (especially drc) based on the confidential DRC document from TSMC via MOSIS.

NCSU CDK

You can get NCSU CDK pack free on ncsu site. It's not hard to be installed. You can put most of the setup file under directory called 'cdssetup'. As DoctorX said, all model files are included. But they are scalable, not accurate.
