three phase motor transfer function for closed loop modeling in MATLAB?

Dear All
For modeling three phase motor closed loop speed control, can you please let me know if it is wise to model it as the following :
G(s) = K / s
Do you have a better representation for it?

It seems that the following transfer function fits the case :
G(s) = 0.05/(0.1s^2+s)
What is your idea?
