How can i build up a high speed output IO with small SSN?

Use slew rate control techniques to restrict SSN. Moreover do not go for full volatge swing.

I=Cdv/dt => dv/dt
u can play around the I and C, the drive current and the loading

Also
V = Ldi/dt this is the SSN
reduce the inductance, use better package or double bond

I think the key point is minimize the di/dt at P/G,so how to build the output cell to make it?
