please help me to identify item from photo

length : 37.2mm
white diameter : 8.46mm
small diameter :3.87 mm
length of screw: 6.35mm

it's use in leaser machine that use in diamond
the technical person said : it's use for hi-voltage ..

Is it actually an electronic component? It just looks like a spacer!

It may be a Richco product (Sturdipost). They also have a metric series and hexagonal bodies.
