I need home make Pic USB programmer that can work with window 7

Hello,

You could use Flowcode and one of the USB components to do the communications side of things. This all works with win7 32 and 64bit.

Then programming is as detailed in the datasheets.

Matrix Multimedia offer a USB EB006 programmer that is low cost and supports a wide range of devices.
 

Here is free and open source pic programmer
works with Win7 32 and 64bit
