Need board repaired - project over my head.

Anyone know of any companies that repair plasma/lcd boards on the component level? I have a plasma that I have found the board that is the problem, but I can't find the components. I have done a cursory search here and on google. I have even called several companies, but they all seem to focus on industrial boards (ie CNC). Maybe I just don't know the correct terms to search for.
 

I'm in the US near Chicago.
