Anyone had any success (in silicon) with the any of the various GOC switched cap CDS integrators?

I am designing a biquad HP filter using the nagaraj style GOC integrators and the offset correction is not too impressive in simulation (I'm using Spectre for tran sims and SpectreRF for pac & pnoise).

For example a standard SC integrator where both op-amps are forced to have a vos of 10mV gives around 15mV Vos on the output in the topology I'm using.
Using GOC integrators I get about 5mV output Vos under the same conditions.

Not too impressive an improvement......

Could be something I'm doing in simulation, but I can't think what so I'm looking for someone who has walked this road before.
Anyone?
