Looking for a complete service manual for the Agilent LRC 4284A. I found the file Agilent 4284A.pdf 5438464 byte, unfortunately no schematics and parts list.
I need scheme for modules A5 Signal Source and A3 Range Resistor

Agilent has a pretty good parts list on their website, if you just search for a 4284A (they don't seem to have a direct link):

There are also some very basic schematics in the Operations Manual. Likely won't be what you need, but it could be worth a look:
