Hi,
I have a PIC16F877 that get PCM data from an EEPROM 24fc256 and put it on the PORT D. this phase is going nice.
but after the data from PORT D is converted with a DAC0808 and amplified before read by the speaker. my problem that the speaker didn't work as i want: no audio only noise like "knocking on a board".

Please can someone light me the way for the solution.

DAC0808 is 8-bit DAC. The PCM data should be 8KHz 8-bit Mono. Are you really outing the 1 byte data at 122usec. If yes then it should work. Can I see ur schematic?
