I need an efficient and simple circuit/way for protecting ~2 kW 3 phase motor/compressor from 1/2 phase loss... ?
Some help would be appreciated...

Measure the voltage from line to neutral with simple resistive dividers, diodes, capacitors, and window comparators.

A more expensive and robust method would be to put relay coils from line to neutral. Put their contacts in series so that the cicuit opens when any one of them drops out.
