fuse atmega8515

Hello,

I have a big problem with my ATMega8515. I made a mistake by setting the
fuses for the oscillator.
I have set the lower-Fuse-Byte to 00000000 so i have to use an external
oscillator. But this is not the problem. I've connectet an 4MHz oscillator
to the controller and now I have connetion to it.

But how can I kill the fuses (set to 1) . I tried it but they are still "0 = programmed"
A Chip-Erase do not help, because the fuses stay in the same position.

What should I do? How can i write 0xEF to the lower-Byte now?

Tommy
