Analog devices offers 8302: A Gain and Phase detector.

I want to do basically what they do, but, I don't want the Gain detector to be logorithmic, I want it linear.

Are there any other parts out there that I could the same thing with? Is there a separate chip for phase detection? My input frequency can be down-converted to whatever is required, so it doesn't need to be RF capable, but would prefer it around >=20MHz.
