Hi

People i need some help and papers with an antenna design

I am looking for an antenna with 14% bandwith using slots or stacked patches, aperture coupling or any other succesful method to increase the bandwith. The dimensions should be less than 4cm*4cm

The Frequency should satisfy the IMT2000 Creterion which must cover the frequency range from 1.9 GHz to 2.2 GHz at least

I need to mention that the design should not include air substrate.

So far i have design something but dimension are greater and i need to minimum specification which is 4*4

regards and thanks in advanced
