help with a gateway lp2407

I have a gateway lp2407 that will not turn on . It has a switchless control I.E. capacitive or inductive. I have checked the esr values of all caps and all checked ok I removed the caps to insure that were no parrell paths . I have 135 vdc at the filter caps on the power board . No dry connections are apparent . any suggestions for further trobel shooting would be appreciated .
