I am trying to design an electronic switch which will turn on +24V with an output signal of +3V3 from my MCU. This 24V needs to provide 300mA which will power a relay and a pressure regulator.

At first I used an optocoupler which worked great in turning the 24V on and off but the Ice current can only handle 50mA.

I want this line to be isolated and so dont want to use transistors (the 2N3904 can source 300mA).

Any ideas.
