Hi ,

Has anyone used any high frequency ( DC to 1GHz) multiplier for some application? Could you please tell me some ICs that will do the same job?

Many Thanks

Check Analog Devices portfolio, they have some. I have used 1:4 mux up to 2.4GHz.

I have seen ADL5391. But Im looking some other manufacturer too..Can you people suggest some?

Many Thanks

Any MMIC amplifier (as MAR or ERA series from Minicircuits) running in saturation can be used as a frequency multiplier.
There is a rule, the 3dB gain bandwidth should be inside of the multiplier range.
