problem with extraction of parasitics

hi all
when i extract parasitics with ASSURA,it says:
could not open file /home/users/lc/post_sim/RCXspiceINIT for reading.
how can i solve this problem?
could anyone help me?
 

You should change this file's access permissions...This should be done by your CAD manager.
