Can someone help me with the circuit diagram of a 1000W, 50Hz, 12v d.c. to a.c. which is practical.

Hi,
Since you say practical, 1000W at 12v is asking too much. You should be trying with 24V at least. Take a look at this (1250VA, 24v):

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

This is a complete inverter with all protection schemes and battery charger.

Hi,
It's used to make sure the MOSFETs remain absolutely off during charging as the internal diodes are used, so that there is no short circuit. In the inverter I posted, I've tried without this transistor and instantly the MOSFETs blew off. When I placed this transistor, everything is fine. The MOSFET driver stage, ie, the diodes and transistor, this scheme is used in most inverters in Bangladesh and India as I have seen.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

i have seen this circuit , but in my design there is no transistor like this, mosfet driving directly from 3525 found no problem in past 7 years,

any difference in pwm mode by using this transistor?

The transistor is used as a protection to the mosfet, normaly the oscilator out put is out of phase with the other, failure to change in phase the transistor conduct and pull down the gate to ground to protect the mosfet from getting damage,3525 has no open collector therefore it can use to drive mosfet directly without any buffer, also the circute Tahmid post is a modified sine output and it's working fine.

Tahmid,
as sala mu alay kum, I see your schematic, its good,if have PCB layout with component placement, please post.thanks.

Tahmid, I appreciate for the circuit, you did it, congrants

rajudp, can you post your circuit also.

Tahmid, I luv to try this circuit, but a small part of it I cannot see it very well.
Please kindly assist.
Thanks

Thanks Tahmid for the circuit
Can you please explain what is the function of 4X 1N4148 diodes ZD2,ZD3,ZD4,ZD5 in the base of Q1 BC 547?

Pls Tahmid, don't to post the circuit....
Thx

Please, can any one help on this inverter circuit? any assistance I will appreciate it...
Thanks

Tahmid, please am still expecting that inverter circuit as promised....

Thanks

hey Tahmid wake up !!
9 days gone and we are all waiting for you to upload that inverter circuit in full

I am very busy with my exams. Haven't signed in for the last few days. Will try to post it tomorrow.

I which you best in your Exams,my Tahmid.
