Question 1- Can i power the inverter with a 12v-0-12v to 220V transformer will it affect any of the components on the circuit, and which will it be?
Question 2- what are the 2 relay names in the switching section and what does the colours stands for.
Question 3- also in the switching sec, at the uppermost rigth side of the circuit, what does CN-3 means and A B L, Y BR BL.
Question 4- in Battery sect, what kind of transformer is that and also back in the switching sec, the TRFO 0V-50V. Lastly what kind of ON/OFF Switch is this. Thanks.

1. Value of other components might need to be changed.
2. Colours denote colour of wires used in the particular inverter.
3. CN3 is a connector.
4. I think that's the current sensing transformer. Standard on/off switch.

is this pure sine wave or other?

The output drive and 3525 stages work beautifully .
However , can you send me the full PCB layout so that I can fabricate the same for trial applications .
I was carrying out the output distortion levels as well as starting surge and load switching transients too.
However , the oscillator drive slew rates are important ..
Could you send me the PCB layout so I can get fabrication done

I don't think I have the PCB for it. However, I'll see again if I have it or not. Will let you know....

What software do u recomend for circuit designs of any kind. If any one has any shovld pls upload.

For designing, simulating and designing PCB, Proteus is a good complete package.

I haven't designed the circuit, but just found it, so I have no step by step guide or note.
 

Go to google then images type in pure sine wave inverter circuits, you will get many hits

Dear Tahmid ,,
Seems everyone is looking the other way .
I have taken up the PCB design already with Protel + and should be ready with it in a week or so.
On fabrication ,of proto unit ,troubleshooting ,finalization etc ,,I shall post the same to you .
Meantime , pl hunt around for a transformerless 5KW /10KW inverter circuit using IGBTs
and post the same to me as am on the lookout for it since long .

Can you see if you can increase power and expand this to 10KW ??
 

I am in the process of getting a PCB designed for this and shall revert back to you after I assemble and troubleshoot the same for efficient working .
