i want to do a project on

CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SAMPLE CODE
THAT
1.TO BE ABLE TO READ ASCII DATA FROM HYPERTERMINAL IN WINDOWS TO SPARTAN FPGA 3E STARTER KIT

2. TO DISPLAY NUMBERS OR TEXT FROM SPARTAN FPGA TO ANY MONITOR USING DB15 CONNECTOR
