Not using ODT of DDR2 SDRAM, how to calculate value of external resistor.............

I am using 1gb DDR2 SDRAM, and don't wants to use ODT so i have used external resistors but how to determine their value 50Ohm or 75 Ohm as datasheet has said nothing about it. it simply says make EMRA10 = 1 of
EMR(1)

Please guide how to determine value of external termination resitance i.e 50 or 75 or 150 , how to use EMRA............????
