I have Moulinex blender it has 115 and 220 volt but there is selector switch which is not working I am thinking to make it direct so that it always work on 220 volt please help there are orange and brown wires and on the other side one wire from supply side via capacitor is connected .

Thanks

If the switch is defective, why not just replace it and preserve the dual voltage functionality? I see these voltage select switches available all the time as surplus. Can you get the part from Moulinex?
