How to covert the spice model to spctre model

I have the spice model level3 , How can I convert to spectre_RF foramt , Thanks
 

I think SpectreRF should accept MOS model level 3. The only thing you need to change header of the models according to Spectre syntax. Read Spectre reference to learn about this syntax. But level 3 is not very accurate model. Try to find bsim3 model or if you design RF bsim4 model.
 

try the following command:

spp -convert <netlist.sp> netlist.scs
 

Level 3 model can be used without any change in spcectre.just add "lang=spice".as fom said, however,this isn't a good model for RF design.

where can i find the Spectre reference ?
Could you upload it?
 

If you want to use spectre that means you have spectre simulator, so you have the documentation.
If no use Google to find that. For example:
