ICD in debug mode error - CD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation

Grilled with this error :

CD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 operation
...Failed to reset target

I am using pic16f882 in debug mode.
LCD error RED LED show error.

what to do??

The exact problem is MCLR pin of micro is intially high, on connecting to ICD2 it goes LOW but on building project in debug mode this pin goes high and remans high.

what the solution for this.....???

Is it ICD clone or the original ICD 2?
