The are three different types of SMT Trimmer Potentiometers: Automatic Trimming Adjustment type（EVM3Y）、Both Sides Adjust type(EVM3S) and Back Side Adjust type(EVM3R).What are difference and the uses of them?

EVM3S can be adjusted from both sides of the board.
EVM3R can be adjusted from the bottom of the board only.
EVM3Y is an auto adjustable pot - sounds too good to be true - how does it know what to adjust to :)

I think the automatic adjust just means it is compatible with electric adjustment screwdrivers used in production.
