Hi,

I need a schematic of a DC-DC converter (isolation converter) of some 150-200 mA of an output of +12V and/or -12V.

Serious good that you looked for in onsemiconductor and you chose some of the solutions that have in the site, they even have a software to calculate the PS and TR free, they are also available several books on the very interesting topic.
I recommend it to you.

this schematic contains a Dc/Dc converter with isolation it made from simple and popular components , what do you think is it give enough isolation for medical instruments, any suggestions for improving it , from what old devices I can find the transformer?
