HFSS Circular Polarization

My HFSS crashes as soon i try to find circular polarization for my antenna by using axial ratio, although i can easily find the S11 parameter and the radiation pattern. Can anybody suggest whats is going wrong
 

what version of HFSS are you running? Also, if you post your project I can take a look at it as it may be a setup error...

I am using HFSS version 11. Also I tried it on another of my friends computer and it worked just fine.
