how to install Cadence ic 5141 on ubuntu 10.04?
I try, but there are lots of problems such as version etc.
Can any kind guy give a help?
 

How did you try to install? after untarring did you ran the netscape?

Why not showing the problems you met?
That we can supply good method to solve it.
 

After tried gazillions different of versions and distros of linux(redhat,suse,gentoo,debian, ubuntu), I recommend you should try ubuntu 6.06 LST if you want try to stay with ubuntu. Install all the libraries. Later versions of ubuntu have problems because of mismatch libraries. Another simple way is to use Centos4.X. That seems to work effortlessly. You have might want to run "strace" to debug where the program hangs
