IR2110 test for driving mosfet

Yes you can use IN4007 it works fine
 

hi,
i'm gonna use ir2110 for driving my bldc h-bridge.
so for testing, i connected it with mosfet like this:



i fed the Lin pin with 60Hz noninverting PWM signal, and 60Hz inverting PWM signal for Hin pin.

for bootstrap capacitor, i use 0.1uF ceramic and 47uF electrolytic in parallel.

but both of the mosfets got pretty warm in few seconds, and then damaged.

need help :|

In this schematic the DC input has to be a split supply. This has to be in a half bridge configuration. The supply must have both +ve and -Ve DC supply with a center as neutral. This neutral will connect to one end of the Load (usually a transformer). And the junction of the mosfets connect to the other end of the load.
