How to check a digital transistor ?

I would like to know if checking a digital transistor is in the same way as a bipolar transistor since the digital one has one resistor in the base an another one in the base-emitter.

You can test "normal" transistor if you set a digital multimeter to diode test ..
However, this is not the case with a digital transistor ..

Have a look at the attached circuit, as it would be one of the simplest methods of testing DTs ..
