For a 70ps (Tr)signal to Characterize, How much Bandwidth(Oscilloscope+Probe) is require with 5-10 % error in measurement?

I know that BW = 0.35/Tr (Which will gives 30% error)

Is there is any standard formula for this?

Regards,
Johnson

Create your signal in Matlab and look at the PSD of your signal. It will give you an idea about how much bandwidth is needed to accommodate 90-95% area of your PSD.

I'm Concern about measurement ( oscilloscope bandwidth requirement).
In mean time i referred attached document which clearly explains the scope bandwidth requirement.

Regards,
Johnson.
