Hi friends,

Could any one tells about advantages and disadvantages of Carry look ahead adder and carry select adder. I have already google it but i did not get the selective answer.

a normal adder with cout to cin of next stage will produce stable output only
after all the individual fas have completed operation.

for carry look ahead you can get the output in less cycles.
