A memory error has occurred during cellview import.

Hi,

One user is reporting below issue.(Cent OS)

WARNING (CONN2SCH-135): Signal 'gnd!' terminates with '!' but is not defined as global in the source cell
view. This signal would be marked global by the schematic extractor.
INFO (CONN2SCH-372): Checked-in schematic PM_CASCODE_FINAL_LAYOUT_HANDLEERROR (CONN2SCH-568): A memory error has occurred during cellview import. Use one or more of the
following settings to import the design again:
    1. Turn off the Full Place and Route option in GUI or use the +place_only in
standalone mode.
    2. Turn off the Extract Schematics option in GUI or use the +noxtrsch option
in standalone mode.
    3. Turn off the Analog Schematic Generation option in GUI or avoid the use of
the -asg option in standalone mode.


During the conversion from netlist to schematic user keep having a memory error.

User tried all the 3 suggestions they give in the log file, but the problem persists.



Any idea. Appreciate your help.
