Can anyone tell me if these are adjustable, and if so how? I bought a 2000/4000 watt one, and its waveform is as shown in the attachments. I'm haggling with the seller at the moment, but them being so far away makes me think I'm going to be lucky to get a satisfactory solution.

Those look like square wave outputs or possibly a poorly timed modified sine, it certainly isn't a pure sine output.

the output is what a lot of UPS producers call "STEP WAVE" or "MODIFIED SQUARE WAVE" and is absolutely NOT sine wave!!!
