low profile antenna for Iridium satellite system

Antenna designer wanted

Hi all,

I'm looking for a low profile antenna for Iridium satellite system, such to have maximum gain at low elevation. Not like standard patch wich has a main lobe in direction 90 ° but it has to "look" at satelites between 20 - 80° (approximately). Do you know a firm which could design such antenna for me? Maybe one of you could do it?!
