I have to select capacitors for bypass and dc blocking applications for 20 GHz range .
can anyone tell me the necessary parameters to be considered while its selection ?
thanks

ESR and Series Inductance parameters are most important. In aditional to, in case of High Power Applications, Power Handling is also important.

ATC and Johansson are leaders of MW Capactitors.

Look here
and, additonally to my links, till 16GHz you can use this one **broken link removed**
till 18GHz - this one **broken link removed**
