Where to get photo-resisting dry film for PCB manufacturing?

Hi everyone..
I am new to Pcb manufacturing.
I have clear some of my doubts through this forum, but still I am having some difficulties for making PCB.
I want to make double layer PCB. For this I am Facing problems for getting photoresist dry film at smaller quantity. So can anybody help me for geeting Photoresist dry film.
I also want to know about the copper plating method for vias.
