Why is shielding done only with power and ground?

why sheilding is done only with power and ground?

hey,

Do you mean why sheilding is tie or connected to POWER or GND?

because that is DC. If sheild voltage changes a lot, it will affect the signal.

Right VDD and GND are DC signals, but even though u can see noise bounces in both power lines. Can u plz tell me how it will be effected with this ?

Yes there are POWER/GND bounces, but still they are far better than other switching signal couplings.
 

power or gnd bounce will result in a glitch in the shielded line...usually gnd is preffered

usually shielding requires a low impedance, low noise net, this usually correspond to a supply net. In general you can use any low impedance net even a dedicated one for shielding
