Hi

I was wondering which is best to use to multiply very low frequency as in about 0.7 hz to about 9 hz. is an all-digital PLL (74hc297) or a DPLL(74hc7046) what i need?

Please help if you can.

I'm not sure what you mean but yes I'm designing and I want to actually build the pll.
