how to calculate NF for below spec

signal of -60 dBm has a S/N of 30 dB, need to connect to Amp of power gain of 5 dB, input referred noise power of 1.51 pW.
 

To calculate the noise figure you have to know the frequency bandwidth of the system.

Noise Figure[dB] = 174+ Input Level[dBm] – 10*LOG(BW[Hz]) – S/N[dB]
