Hi,

Will the LEON3 fit the Spartan6 XC6SLX16 FPGA ?

Spartan 6 specs:
https://www.xilinx.com/publications/prod_mktg/Spartan6_Product_Table.pdf

I am thinking of implementing a quad-core LEON3 , and I am designing my own PCB, I could use two spartan6 chips each containing a dual-core configuration, will it be a good idea ? or should I use one chip for each core ?!

Any tips about the system design are much appreciated.

By the way, I do not have the chips yet, so feel free to suggest better alternatives.
