HFSS simulation problem~EBG structure

Dear everyone

I have simulate a simple EBG structure, single layer mushroom-liked EBG structure, as in attachment. However, I cannot get the same result as shown in Fig. 3 in the paper. What's wrong with my simulation, please help me!!!
