need help with virtex 5

I am working om a project that requires using Virtex 5 (ML501). I am using ISE 10.1 that I have downloaded from Xilinx. I am not sure how should I download my code to the FPGA. Should I use any software other than ISE? and more important than that what cables should I use? I have downloaded "ml501_overview_setup.pdf" from xilinx.com, it says I should purchase :
Xilinx Integrated Software Environment (ISE)
–Xilinx Platform Studio (XPS)
–Parallel Cable IV (PC4) JTAG cable

Do I need all of them?

and also where can I get a tutorial about how to setup and download and ... on virtex 5.

Re: need help with virtex 5 - should I download code to FPG

You need to have Platform USB cable to download code for Virtex..
Please check **broken link removed**...
This usb cable has some other versions, you can check them..
You don't need any other software for downloading a code...
After writing your synthesizable code, create .ucf file that describies I/O ports on FPGA, then just click 'Generate Programming File' and have fun :)

Good luck...
